Analysis on the fault of computer controller of CNC spring machine

The computer controller of analytical spring machine such as Yong Teng Spring Machine produced by Huayida is the core command post to operate the whole CNC spring machine. Through the entrance of computer controller, every specific action of spring forming is controlled and coordinated. When the computer controller of the spring machine is abnormal in operation, please first check whether the I/O board works normally. Then check whether the connection line of the switch board is correct, and then further check whether there is noise interference.


Common failures of computer controller of spring machine are listed and analyzed as follows:


1. Turn on the computer motor and it will run automatically.


The control line from the controller to the driver is welded incorrectly or the encoder line of the motor driver is welded incorrectly.


2. The difference after the motherboard IC of the computer controller is removed and reinstalled,


The computer system is restored to the factory value (data burned into IC).


3. The noise of the motor is too loud, and the setting of the motor driver is not normal.


4. The countdown or outlet head is abnormal, and the parameter setting of the motor driver is abnormal.


5. Incorrect wire feeding, incorrect Y-axis resolution or nonstandard wire reel, or mechanism problems.


6. The probe is insensitive, the connection of the probe is poor, and the settings of the probe precision and speed are not matched.


7. The origin position is abnormal, and the proximity switch itself does not work normally; Abnormal wiring of proximity switch; The contact surface of sensor is too small; The two origin positions are too close; Incorrect internal parameters of the controller (including setting the origin speed parameter too high, setting the analytical parameters of the controller incorrectly, etc.).


8. Press the "Reset" key, the motor will move, and the parameters of the servo motor driver are set incorrectly.


9. The difference between detection and automation is too great, and the high-grade speed of hand wheel or inching is not used during detection.


The machine is in a "suspended" state during normal operation, which can occur in two ways: 1. When the thread is used up, disconnected or disconnected, a prompt "Please handle the thread when it is used up" will appear in the lower right corner of the computer, and the machine will be stopped in a "suspended" state; 2. When external noise interferes or the bobbin fails to form a good loop with the machine through the steel wire, there will be no prompt of "Please handle the wire when it is used up", but the machine will be stopped in a "pause" state.
